Complaints
欧宝体育 is committed to serving its students effectively and responsively. Students with questions or concerns should communicate directly in writing with the department or office concerned, with a view to resolving the issue as expeditiously as possible. If the matter remains unresolved at the department/unit level, students should bring their complaints in writing to the attention of the Dean of the pertinent academic college, the Dean of Students, the Bursar, Director of Financial Aid, or the Associate Vice President for Student Success, as applicable. At each level, a written response will be provided to the student within 10 business days.
