AMHERST, N.Y. – Daemen College will hold its first-ever active shooter training exercise at 10 a.m. Oct. 11, an effort intended to evaluate emergency response preparedness on campus and interagency coordination.

AMHERST, N.Y. – Sustainable food systems for healthy living and New York State’s organic food production will be discussed at the 13^th annual “World On Your Plate” conference planned for Oct. 7 and 8 in Daemen College’s Wick Campus Center.
